CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

At Sine Qua Non, we know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you no show or cancel without 24 hours notice, we will try and fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, a charge totalling 50% of your service value and will be charged to your card on file.

RETURN POLICY

At Sine Qua Non, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt, and the product must be nearly full. If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card. NO CASH BACK will be given for any returns, under any circumstances. You may have a store credit, exchange or refund on the same credit card your purchase was originally made. Makeup and sale items are final sale!

LATE POLICY

We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.

We pride ourselves in creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve upon your experience at Sine Qua Non, please let us know within 14 days of your service so we can achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
