It was a six hour long session (full bleach and color is no quick task) and every step of the way he was checking in, asking if I needed a break, water, or snacks, and was very good about communicating what every step was and why we were doing it. Recently moved to the Chicago area and was looking for a new salon. Had a few so so experiences around town, and today I came in for a trim with Monet, and they did a fantastic job with my straight, fine, long hair. The result looked like something out of a high-end magazine. Monet was attentive, listened carefully to what I wanted, and checked in throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend!
I've been coming here for my haircuts and color from Theo for a while and he's always been super open to my ideas and working with me to make it work. When I asked him to match the color to my shirt, I fear he rose to the challenge and knocked it out of the park. 10/10 service, I always leave the salon feeling leagues cooler than when I walked in.
